At Lowe Running, we only offer supported training plans. This means developing a plan with you that includes constant support from our coach through every step of the journey to ensure the best running experience. See our training plans below.

Couch to 5k

£39 a month

Get your running journey off to the best possible start. Take into consideration your current fitness, this plan will guide you every step of the way to getting to the 5k distance in a sustainable way.

5k and 10k

Looking to improve your 5k or 10k time? This plan will help you add the speed and endurance needed to tackle these distances in a way that sets you up for long term.
